The CPR and First Aid education is more extensive than the education for CPR alone. The education is customized to your work environment and follows the guidelines of the Swedish Work Environment Authority.
Through the education, your employees gain theoretical and practical knowledge in order to be able to act during a crisis situation, when knowledge in CPR and first aid is required. The training is customized to your work environment and is in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations on First Aid and Crisis Support (AFS 1999:07).
The CPR education
The education gives you knowledge that can save lives. Theory is interspersed with practical exercises – alone and in pairs.
- General principles of First Aid
- Case if illness
- Injuries and accidents
- Psychic reactions
- Identify a cardiac arrest
- Alarm 112, as well as knowledge of the supporting role of the alarm operator
- Perform CPR
- Use a heart starter and the instructions
- Be motivated to start CPR in cardiac arrest
- Putting an unconscious person in stable lateral position
- Identify respiratory stops, perform back blows and abdominal thrusts
- Perform CPR on lying or unconscious person with airway stop
- Understand the importance of regular training
Course length
The course lasts for four hours and is customized for your company.
Materials
Training packages are included with, among other things, a training doll that facilitates repetition at the workplace or at home
After CPR and first aid training
The training gives you and your employees a theoretical and practical competence to assess whether a person has suffered a cardiac arrest, perform a correct cardiopulmonary resuscitation with a semi-automatic defibrillator and take care of a person suffering from a respiratory arrest.
