A rehab coordinator will help you develop a rehabilitation plan. Such a plan should be available and highlight how you handle work adaptation and work-oriented rehabilitation. This can be work training, changed work tasks, adaptation of the workplace or training.

Put together a rehabilitation plan with rehab coordinator
Our rehab coordinators are available for both you as a manager and your employees. With us you can, among other things, talk about symptoms of reduced working capacity, or if you see signs of ill health that you think can lead to sick leave.
In order to systematically prevent and rehabilitate ill health in the workplace, a structure and plan for rehabilitation are needed. The rehab coordinator has an important role and:
- recommends actions, at both individual and organizational level.
- educates you as a manager, and supports you in your rehab responsibilities.
- relieves you and takes on responsibilities such as contact with the Swedish Social Insurance Agency or with healthcare.
- coordinates the rehabilitation process with selected experts from Falck, such as psychologists, occupational therapists, organizational consultants, etc.
- make a recurrent inventory of the situation in the workplace.
