You who are responsible for employees can get advice and support from us at Falck. Together with one of our psychologists or behavioral scientists, we talk about the problem and suggest a way to move forward and find a suitable solution.

How it works

1. Order service
   When you as the manager order the service in the form below. When you have sent the order, the employee immediately receives an email with instructions for online booking and can book the time himself.
2. Make an appointment
   The employee uses the link to webbook the appointment.
3. Conversations with psychologist/behavioural scientist
   During the interview, the behavioral scientist or psychologist listens to the employee and receives information about the situation. Based on the conversation, our expert makes an assessment of the situation and gives suggestions for steps towards a solution.
4. Suggestions for continued actions
   After the initial talk, you as the manager receive feedback. This clarifies what can be done for your employee to maintain the ability to work. If the employee's problems fall outside the competence of occupational health, we will help to guide you further.
