How it works

1. Describe your needs
   When ordering the service, it is important that you describe what questions and needs there are – and for whom the counselling refers to. Choose whether you want to see a physiotherapist on site or use our phone counselling service. When the service is ordered, times and instructions are notified via email and sms.

   During the counselling, the physiotherapist adresses the issue, makes an assessment of the problem and provide with suggestions on how to handle the situation further.
   
   
3. Suggestions for continued action
   During feedback, efforts are proposed for an improved work environment. If the employee's troubles fall outside the competence of occupational health, advice and guidance are given where to turn.
