Falck launches new app for employees

The ambition with the new app is for employees to easily order services related to both their work and personal life, view their bookings, and reschedule or cancel appointments directly on their mobile phones.

By providing employees with access to the app directly on their mobile phones, we hope to simplify contact with us and simultaneously improve the experience," says Carina Reidler, CEO of Falck Health and Work Life.

The app will be launched later this fall and is part of our ongoing efforts to improve the customer experience.

Through the app, your employees will be able to:

• Receive information and inspiration
• Order a selection of services themselves
• View and manage their bookings made by their manager or by themselves
• Contact their local unit or our customer service and support

The app will be available on both iOS and Android.

For our customers, we also continue to offer the Falck Online app for conducting online visits.
