If an employee is on long-term sick leave, the employer has a responsibility for rehabilitation. With the right knowledge, it is possible to detect signals of illness early on. Here you will learn how to promote health, prevent illness and conduct rehabilitation and work adaptation in an easy way.
The education
The education is aimed at those who are a manager or have a personnel responsibility and who need knowledge in rehabilitation issues. The education is conducted as a lecture and is interspersed with group discussions.

Course length
Half day, about four hours.
After the education
You should feel confident in your responsibility in the rehabilitation process and early recognize factors that can cause long-term deterioration in your ability to work. You will be given tools to be able to initiate preventive rehabilitation measures that in turn help reduce the costs of future sick leave.
Price
SEK 4,240 excluding VAT. This refers to the price per participant at our open courses. During the training, coffee is served. Company-adapted training is offered separately.
Other terms and conditions
The training can be rebooked or cancelled free of charge up to four weeks before the training begins. After that, 100% of the cost will be charged.
Invoicing takes place before the start of the course. Payment terms 30 days.
Previa reserves the right to cancel or rebook courses due to too few participants.
Business adaptation
The training can of course be adapted to your specific needs and conditions. You then choose whether you want the training to be held at your own workplace or in Previa's premises.
