Allergenic chemical products

NEW! The e-learning programme has been updated with a new chapter on diisocyanates according to the REACH regulation and provides a separate certificate for this. If you work with diisocyanates, you need to renew your certificate before the new rules come into force on 24 August 2023.

This e-learning gives you as an leader or you who perform work with allergenic chemical products knowledge about various allergenic substances, exposure risks, health effects and protective equipment.

The e-learning goes through, among other things, different types of allergenic chemical products and their properties, health effects upon exposure and what protective measures are necessary for the work to be safe to perform.

The training meets the requirements for theoretical training in accordance with chemical work environment risks (AFS 2011:19, 37 e §).

When you have completed the e-learning and passed the final exam, you can download a certificate and a separate certificate for diisocyanates in pdf-format. The certificates are valid for 5 years.

Content

The e-learning is divided into five main sections consisting of pre-recorded films in the following subjects:

• Roles and responsibilities in the workplace
• Health effects of exposure
• Allergenic substances
• Exposure risks
• Risk assessment
• Protective equipment
• Signage and marking.

The e-learning takes about 1 hour to complete.
