A two-day basic education in work environment for those who are managers or safety representatives. You become aware of the demands placed on employers based on the Work Environment Act and regulations, and how a safe and secure work environment can contribute to the results of the business.
The work environment education is based on systematic work environment management and gives you methods and routines that you can use in your workplace. It alternates theory with real-life cases and you get knowledge that easily can be adapted to the conditions that apply to your particular industry.
The work environment education
The education is divided into two days and is aimed at those who are a manager, safety representative or have a different type of role that needs knowledge of work environment issues. No prior knowledge is required.
First day
Day one discusses the relationship between positive work environment and the development of the business. Topics covered are:

Second day
Day two focuses on organizational and social work environment, work adaptation and rehabilitation. Among other things, it discusses:

Course length and course material
The education runs for two full days. The educational material is based on the Swedish Work Environment Act for systematic work environment management (AFS 2001:1).
After the education
You get a good knowledge of employers responsibilitys based on the the work environment act. You get an understanding of your responsibilities as a manager or safety representative and how you can practically handle different challenges in everyday life.
Price
SEK 8,150 excluding VAT. It refers to price per participant on open courses. Course material, lunch and coffee are included. Company-adapted training is offered separately.
Other terms and conditions
The training can be rebooked or cancelled free of charge up to four weeks before the training begins. After that, 100% of the cost will be charged.
Invoicing takes place before the start of the course. Payment terms 30 days.
Previa reserves the right to cancel or rebook courses due to too few participants.
Business adaptation
The training can of course be adapted to your specific needs and conditions. You then choose whether you want the training to be held at your own workplace or in Previa's premises.
