As an employee, you can order selected services directly from us at Falck (formerly Previa). Other services from us or from our subcontractors are ordered through your manager.

For you at Epiroc, you can order three support conversations per year and one visit per year to any competence for work-related ailments without your manager's approval.

Cancel or change an appointment

Fill in your personal details and the time of the visit. Inform the person who has ordered the service of the cancellation or rebooking, except in the case of anonymous visits. This may delay, for example, the issuance of certificates of fitness for service or certificates for new employment, depending on the next available period. All data is sent using a secure connection.

Late changes of appointments or cancellations made less than two working days before the booked visit will be charged to the employer depending on the agreement with Falck.
