Ionizing radiation (periodic) - health declaration only

Periodic examination, in accordance with the legal requirements of SSMFS 2018:1, applies to employees who are exposed to ionizing radiation in their work and belong to Category A.

What it is

You order this service for the years between the statutory medical check-ups, and it consists of a health declaration that is filled in and sent to Falck.

An occupational health physician reviews the health declaration and issues a certificate, provided that no deviations are reported by the employee. If the health declaration indicates any deviations that require further assessment, you will be contacted.

How it works

1. Order service
   Download the health declaration, fill it in, sign it, scan or photograph it, and attach it to the order.

2. Assessment
   The occupational health physician makes an assessment based on the health declaration.
3. Certificate
   A certificate of fitness for duty is issued and sent via secure e-mail to the specified recipient. The certificate confirms suitability to continue working with ionizing radiation according to current regulations.
