This service must be ordered if you as an employer have made a decision on a first-day certificate for an employee. When this service has been activated, we will provide feedback with confirmation by e-mail.

How it works

1. Order service
   Complete the order form to activate the first-day certificate service for the employee in question.
2. Confirmation
   When the activation has been completed, you as the orderer will receive a confirmation email with information for your employee about how to contact us for a first-day certificate in case of illness.
