Systematic Work Environment Management
As an employer you are obligated to regularly control the workplace conditions and assess the health risks or risks of accidents at work. A risk assessment is the basis for, for example, medical check-ups, trainings and other efforts to achieve a healthy workplace.
Work Environment Risk Assessment is based on the regulations of the Swedish Work Environment Agency stating that physical, organizational and social conditions must be assesst regularly. Noise, lighting, ergonomic load and chemical health risks are examples that affect the physical work environment. The organizational and social work environment is affected, for example, by stress, relationships, work organization and work content.
