This online course provides Managers and HR with knowledge about issues related to alcohol and drug use in relation to the workplace. The e-learning consists of pre-recorded videos that you access and complete online, at your convenience.

What it is

The e-learning is designed for Managers or those who work in HR. You will learn more about how to handle alcohol and drug related issues at the workplace. You will also learn more about how to act on signals you or your employees have noticed, who is responsible for what and how occupational health services can help.

The goal of the training is for you to feel more secure in your role in all matters related to risk use and addiction. The content consists of pre-recorded videos on the following topics:

• General information about alcohol and drugs

• Early signals

• Responsibilities of different parties

• Different types of mortars

• How occupational health services can help

The e-learning takes about 45 minutes to complete and is available in Swedish.
