The Life and Career Planning program helps both employees and managers to set goals and set a direction for their working life in relation to leisure, health and family/friends.

What it is

Life and Career Planning is based on a well-proven coherent process that gives the employee support to navigate their current or intended role and equips the employee for a possible future change.

The employee has structured coaching calls with a trained Career Coach in combination with home assignments, exercises and webinars. The program results in a clear plan that can be used as a basis for making decisions and moving forward. Life and career planning lasts for 3-4 months and is carried out by trained Career Coaches from Falck.

Content:

How it works

  1. Order service
    State your questions and needs in the order form. When you have ordered the service, the employee is booked in for an online visit with a Career Coach. The time is communicated in a text message to the employee.
  2. Initial visit
    The employee talks with the Career Coach on a video call with the goal to identify the current situation and the desired situation.
  3. Initial trilogue
    After the inital video call, the Career Coach books a tripartite meeting with you as the client and the employee in order to ensure a consensus on the purpose and goals of the effort.
  4. Implementation of Life and Career Planning Programs
    Programs are implemented based on what is decided in the initial conversations.
  5. Concluding trilogue
    After completing the program, the career coach books a three-way conversation with you as the orderer and the employee to provide feedback.
