What it is

Supportive Talk Career Development is available for employees who need support in their careers. This may include employees who are at a crossroads, for example facing an organizational change or a new role. We can also provide support with motivation and tools to strengthen skills and personal development. In addition to the talks, home assignments and exercises are included. The talks are done with a trained Career Coach.

How it works

1. Order service
   State your questions and needs in the order form. When you have ordered the service, your employee is booked in for an online visit with a Career Coach. When you have sent the order, the employee immediately receives an email with instructions for online booking and can book the time himself. 
2. Make an appointment
   The employee uses the link to webbook the appointment.
3. Visit
   Video call with a Career Coach where the current situation and the desired situation are identified.
4. Feedback
   We get back to you as orderer with suggestions for arrangements and any recommendations for tripartite conversations.
