This e-learning provides knowledge about ergonomics in healthcare with the aim of reducing the number of work-related injuries. These professions often involve heavy lifting and strenuous working positions. Therefore, it is important for employees to know how to work with, among other things, transfer techniques to prevent strain injuries in muscles and joints. The content consists of pre-recorded videos on the following topics:

• Manual work, heavy lifting, and work tools
• Safe patient transfers
• Variation and repetition
• Work techniques
• Your body (exercise, diet, and recovery)
• Work environment (responsibilities, roles, health factors)
