E-learning that provides employees who work in front of a computer with knowledge about ergonomics. This is a pre-recorded e-learning course that you can take online at your convenience.

What it is

The e-learning provides knowledge about ergonomics for screen work with the aim of reducing the number of work-related injuries. Currently, more than 70 percent of the working population uses a computer, phone, and/or other types of screens as work tools every day.

To ensure that the body can handle sedentary work, knowledge about sustainable work techniques and how to set up your workspace is needed. The content consists of pre-recorded videos on the following topics:

• Ergonomics when you are in the office
• Ergonomics when you work from home
• Your body (exercise, diet, and recovery)
• Work environment (responsibilities, roles, health factors)
