Work Environment - Basic Training

This online course is for managers, safety representatives and others who need knowledge of how businesses should work in order to comply with the Work Environment Act's requirements for a safe workplace. The e-learning consists of pre-recorded videos that you access and complete online, at your convenience.

What it is

The e-learning covers physical as well as organizational and social aspects of how you create a safe work environment with clear routines and a well-informed, competently trained organization. The content consists of reading sections interspersed with interactions, videos, exercises and practical cases in the following subjects:

• What work environment is
• The Work Environment Act
• Systematic work environment work
• Work environment and finances
• Load ergonomics
• Organizational and social work environment
• Work adaptation and rehabilitation
• Solo work
• Violence and threat
• Crisis support

The e-learning takes around 2 hours to complete and the content covers to 2 days of traditional, teacher-led training. Each chapter ends with a knowledge test. After completing a knowledge test, you have the option to download and/or print a certificate. The e-learning is available in both Swedish and English.

How it works

1. Order service
   Order the e-learning in the language you want it. After ordering the service, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions and license codes.
2. Education
   Take the e-learning course at your convenience. It takes about 2 hours to complete.
3. Certificate

Download your certificate in pdf format after each completed knowledge test.

No, you take the e-learning at your own pace and you can do parts of it at different times.
