What it is
HealthWatch creates the conditions for an ongoing and strengthening dialogue between employers and employees. It contributes with concrete and practical tools for the individual, the work group and the employers to preserve and increase health and quality of life and counteract stress-related ill-health. The tool contains exercises for stress management and other health-promoting aspects that are specially designed to increase recovery, concentration, performance and general well-being. The service is easily accessed online or as an app on the mobile phone or tablet.
Summary of the service
Employees are regularly asked to answer 11 questions. The questions include how the employee experience the atmosphere at work, workload and job satisfaction. There are also questions about stress, sleep and focus.
The employee receives feedback immediately after the questions have been answered, which gives the opportunity to reflect on their health and follow their health over time. Based on his/her own results, the employee is also given suggestions for exercises.
The employees' regular survey responses give the manager the opportunity to easily follow the development of the working group in order to increase understanding of the group's needs and expectations. The tool encourages joint development and problem solving. As a manager, you also get access to courses in areas such as job satisfaction and efficiency, confidence-building leadership and open work climate.
