The statutory check-up complies with the legal requirements of AFS 2023:10 and applies to employees who are exposed to harmful electromagnetic fields at their work. Before you order the service, you need to carry out a risk assessment.

What it is

Statutory Checkup - Electromagnetic Fields is a health checkup that is done to prevent and early diagnose negative health effects caused by exposure to electromagnetic fields. After the check-up, we will issue a certificate for service.

When it should be done

• When a health effect is reported by an employee
• When exposure exceeding limit values ​​is detected
• In case of exposure below the limit value, the check-ups are only carried out if there are special risks from the exposure

How it works

1. Order service
   Fill in information from the risk assessment in the order form. When you have ordered the service, your employee is booked for the check-up. The time is communicated in a text message to the employee.
2. Visit
   During the visit, a clinical assessment of the heart and lungs as well as a neurological examination is performed. The completed risk assessment and health declaration form the basis for the visit.
3. Certificate
   The health declaration, medical examination and test results form the basis for assessment and whether a certificate for service can be issued.
4. Feedback
   A certificate for service is sent to you as orderer via secure e-mail.
