As a manager or HR, you book a meeting with one of our rehabilitation coordinators to have an initial discussion about the needs regarding a new case concerning your employee. This is to initiate an measure, such as a rehabilitation case, support conversation, or an ergonomics-related issue. (Previously "Assignment Dialogue, Rehab")

Case dialogue takes place online or by phone

How it works

1. Order service
   Fill out the order form and specify whether you want to be contacted online or by phone. Online contact takes place via a digital meeting. If you choose phone, you also specify the delivery location.
2. Case dialogue
   A rehab coordinator at Falck will contact you via your chosen method (online or phone) and conduct a case dialogue based on your needs as an employer.
