General questions
What does work-related ill health mean?
In occupational health care, all health issues related to the employees' duties or workplace are handled. It can be health problems that have been caused, aggravated or have been associated with the job; health requirements for certain work tasks; as well as support in rehabilitation and return to work.
For all types of medical care and acute injuries, all employees should turn to primary care, such as their health center or the nearest emergency department.

Order online
I don't know which service to choose
If you need help choosing a service, you can always choose the Councelling online for Manager for advice and guidance. You can easily choose a time that suits you via our online booking.
How do I know that the order has been send?
Once you have clicked on "Order" in the form, you will receive a confirmationon the oage that your order has been. The confirmation can be saved as a PDF.
How do I know that my employee has been offered an appointment?
Both you and your employee will receive an email with confirmation of the booked appointment. The employee also receives a text message confirmation and reminder.
How can my employee cancel or reschedule their appointment?
The confirmation via email and text message states the phone number where the employee can call to cancel or reschedule their appointment.
What do I do if I want to book the same service for several employees?
If you want to book the same service for several employees, attach an excel file to your order. The file must contain name, personal identity number, mobile number, email address, desired Falck location and cost center for all employees. We will then send a quote to you as the customer.
What do I do if I want to book several services for the same employee?
When you order a service, you can specify in the message box in the form which additional service(s) you want to order for your employee. When the order has been received by us, we book all services and send out invitations to your employee and to you as the orderer.
Can employees order services themselves?
In some cases, employers allow employees to order certain services themselves. Ask your manager/employer what applies to your company.
What information should I enter in the Cost Center field?
Cost centre is information on which department/unit we should send the invoice to. Ask your HR which cost centers you should fill in for correct invoicing.
Where do I fill in the purchase order number in my order?
If your company has requirements for purchase order number (PO number/IN number) or Invoice reference on your invoices, fill in the field called Reference, in the order form.
What do I do if my employee has protected identity?
If your employee's identity is protected, you or your employee book the service via phone 0771 23 00 00. You then state the employee's social security number, or a so-called reserve number, and other personal data. The data is used to register the employee before the visit. Social security number and name must match The Swedish Tax Agency approved ID document. The person's given name is called upon collection in the waiting room.
Letters to your employee are sent to the address provided. It is the employee's own responsibility to ensure that he/she is reached by mail, for example, your employee can choose to have mail sent through the employer. The provided personal data is used on invoices, documents and specifications, as well as when contacting you as a orderer.
