- Previa books an appointment.
- Confirmation and an offer of time are sent by email to both requesters and employees.

I can't find the right service
Services that appear on my pages are your company's contracted services in business health. If you wish to order other services or request a quotation at a group or organisation level, you can choose to submit a questionnaire. You will then be contacted by Previa for a dialogue.
If you have any questions regarding your company's agreed services, please contact the person who is the contract manager in the business health area of your company.
I do not know which service to choose
If you need help choosing a service, you can use our customer service chat.
How can I see that the order is sent?
Once you have clicked "Order" in the form you will receive a confirmation that your order has been sent.
How do I know that my co-worker has been offered a time?
Both you and your employee will receive an email with confirmation of the booked time.
How can my employee cancel or reschedule their time?
In the confirmation email there is a phone number where the employee can call to cancel or reschedule their time.
