Last year, the Swedish Work Environment Authority came up with a new regulation, Job modification (AFS 2020:5). The regulation is intended to help the employer to work actively and preventively with issues regarding work adaptation at the individual level based on today's labour market and challenges.
In this webinar we discuss what have been the most important changes and what we have learned during the past year. We also go through good examples of when the regulation has been helpful.
